Industrial intelligence.One connected platform.

An intelligent ERP platform with native MES, integrating management, operations, quality, traceability and machines, powered by secure AI.

The same information, across every area.

Sales, purchasing, inventory, production, quality and human resources work on one common platform. Information is shared between modules, with no need to duplicate records or exchange files between systems. All with access permissions and a change history.

  1. Sales and orders

Orders use the prices defined in the system. For configurable products, the configurator generates the items and bills of materials from the options the customer chooses.

  2. Purchasing

Material requirements generate purchase suggestions. The process covers requisitions, purchase orders, receipts and three-way invoice matching.

  3. Inventory and traceability

Receipts, consumption and shipments are recorded with their batch or serial numbers, so materials can be traced from source to destination.

  4. Production and MES

Production orders start from the approved routings. Execution is tracked in the MES, with production records and machine data linked to the operations.

  5. Quality

Inspections, nonconformities and controlled documents are linked to batches, production orders and their revisions. Approvals are recorded as well.

  6. People and operations

Information on employees, skills and attendance is integrated with production management. The system also includes preventive and predictive maintenance, using the data collected from the machines.

  7. Data and analytics

With the information brought together in the ERP, data from different areas can be queried and analysed without exporting between modules. The AI assistant uses this information to answer questions, always within each user’s permissions.

  8. One system, shared information.

The modules work from a common information base, within access permissions and with a full change history. The data recorded throughout the processes stays connected, which makes information easier to look up and trace, and operations easier to follow.

Frequently asked questions

What is OpixPro?

OpixPro is management software built for manufacturing, bringing ERP, production control (MES), quality, traceability and machine connectivity together in a single platform. It also includes an artificial intelligence assistant that lets you query and analyse company data.

Who is OpixPro for?

OpixPro is designed for manufacturing companies that want to manage the different areas of their business without depending on several separate systems. From quotations and purchasing to production, shipping and invoicing, every process works from the same information.

Is OpixPro available yet?

Not yet. OpixPro is in development. If you’d like to find out more, or be among the first to try it, get in touch.

Which modules are part of OpixPro?

OpixPro is being built with the following modules: Sales, Pricing, Configurator, Purchasing, Forecasting, Inventory, Engineering, Manufacturing, IoT, Documents, Workflow, Human Resources, Maintenance and Artificial Intelligence.

The modules are part of the same platform, so data is entered once and shared across every department.

Does OpixPro include an MES?

Yes. The MES is part of OpixPro itself, so no separate application is needed.

It is designed to follow production orders from the approved routings through to execution on the shop floor, including operation confirmations, labour time and final approval.

Machine connectivity captures production data in real time, which is combined with production records to calculate KPIs such as OEE.

How does traceability work?

OpixPro tracks materials and products through their batch or serial numbers, from receipt through consumption in production to shipping.

You can trace any material back to its source and forward to the products it went into and the customers who received them.

Inspection results, nonconformities and related documents are also linked to the corresponding batches and production orders.

Does OpixPro support certified companies and those working towards certification?

Yes. OpixPro is being developed to support companies working to standards such as ISO 9001, EN 9100 and ISO/IEC 27001.

The platform helps organise and access records useful for audits, including batch and serial number traceability, document control, inspections, nonconformities, corrective actions, access permissions and change history.

OpixPro makes audit preparation easier, but does not, on its own, guarantee compliance with these standards or certification.

How is company data protected?

Each company will have its own database, with two-factor authentication to access the platform and encrypted document storage.

Permissions control which information each user can access, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.

What can the artificial intelligence assistant do?

The AI assistant lets users query, cross-reference and interpret ERP data, helping them find information without navigating multiple modules.

The assistant cannot change data and respects each user’s access permissions.

The company will be able to choose an AI model in the cloud, using its own access key (BYOK), or a local model. Confidential data is processed by local models only.
